Ocean Cay Jacksonville Beach.

Northeast Florida has 2 Ocean Cay neighborhoods one in JAX beach the other in St. Augustine.

This post is focusing on the one North in Southwest Jacksonville Beach.

Ocean Cay is one of the most convenient neighborhoods in all of the beaches areas.It's an easy stroll to the sand and shopping and it's 2 minutes to be on JTB (202)

It is also one of the few with a community pool that is not gated (cheaper HOA fees!)

The lots in the community are a great size for the beach some has large as 90' other 65' and then 55' in the very back of the neighborhood.

The majority of Ocean Cay was developed in the late 90's early 2000's

The community is a great mix of people who are original owners and a younger crowd of people new to the area.

The HOA fees in Ocean Cay in 2020 run at $645 a year
