Amelia View is located on the Northeast side of Jacksonville.
It's a great neighborhood with a very unique feature. It is one of the only neighborhoods in all of Jacksonville with a boat ramp and boat storage within the community. The homes are a good size almost all over 2000sqft built in the early to mid 2000's. Many of the homes in Amelia View have custom features and larger than average lots.
