It's the unofficial start of Summer! Memorial Day Weekend is upon us. Did you know that Jacksonville is home to the second largest Memorial Wall in the US? The Veterans Memorial Wall near the stadium is only second behind the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in DC, the City of Jacksonville will observe Memorial Day at 8:30 am on Monday at the location.
Also, the Jacksonville National Cemetery will hold it's own observance on Saturday at 9am.
As always in Jacksonville & St. Augustine the beaches will be packed this weekend so locals may choose to stay in downtown at Jazzfest which starts today!

There are 25 foreclosed properties on the market right now, you can see all of them here.
News:
April Pending home sales didn't change much but nationally pending sales are down 20% year over year. Next week, we'll have local data available which I'm looking forward to reviewing.
Mortgage News:
Average contract interest rate for a 30 year fixed rate just crept over 7% Mortgage applications dropped only 4% week over week.
