Looking at what inventory is selling more now than last year the biggest jump in NE Florida was in the price range from 750K to 999K a 63% more homes (31 vs 19) in this price range sold in January 2020 vs 2019 biggest decrease was the 0-19K which was down -52% (9 vs 19). Foreclosures : Just over 100 REO, HUD & VA owned properties in our system right now. None jumped out at me but maybe you will find something you like here are all of foreclosures.
