Busy weekend here in JAX! The Sea and Sky Air Show is this weekend, show will be from noon-4pm both Saturday and Sunday. It looks like the Blue Angels will be flying at 3pm both days. This is a free show and can be seen from pretty much anywhere in JAX Beach but the best views would be from one of these 32 oceanfront condos that are for sale.

Mortgage Rates: Rates ticked up a little bit over the past week, pushing refinance applications down a bit. Still low 4%
