Since many of you (myself included) have to get kids ready for tonight, I'll keep this brief. October Home stats should be out from our Realtor board tomorrow so I'll have those out to you next week, but mortgage applications are down 2.5% from last week.
Many builders are offering great incentives right now to get rid of inventory before the new year, See below from lennar.
